Volunteering is a fantastic way to become more involved in the Market and support local food and our cottage industry. Here is a diverse list of opportunities with flexible time and commitments that may fit your schedule.
- We are currently looking to recruit potential Volunteers to help with occasional assistance and people who possess the following atributes:
- Good organization skills
- Infectious positive attitude for the importance of the market
- The ability to work a minimum of one Friday Market shift per month ( October – May 1st)
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the Market information booth
- Answer patron questions such as: where to find a specific vendor? Or, When do blueberries come into season?
- Assist with handing out flyers or materials to market patrons and vendors
